Hey.. Stop copying me!

           Remember back in first grade, when your table partner,neighbor,kid next to you, etc. would copy you? You (Im pretty sure alot of you) would say: "Hey! Stop copying me! Copycat!" or something along those lines, run to the teacher kind of mad, and tell on them  right? Well, I always thought it was such a childish things to do, because hey- "Imitation is the highest form of flattery" That person probably likes you and your ideas and wishes that they could have your mind. <--- That was for the person being copied.
          For the person that is copying, there is something else. *Note, these opinions are mine, it is OK to have different opinions. Im just saying this based of off my brain. No two brains are alike.* *Also, I am speaking to myself too, while I am writing this*
        If you think about that quote up there, sometimes, we all get annoyed of copycats. We dont think of them as people who love us. It CAN get annoying when the copier keeps doing everything that you are doing, takes some of your ideas, etc. But the copier doesnt understand that. So, unless you tell them, they wont know anything but to copy you. Confront your copycat today! :D woot.

FIRST: Note to le copycato:
      Copier, why are you copying? Why dont you just take that person that you love so much as just a mere inspiration. You are YOU. A unique individual. No one else is like you. So why do you have to be like someone else? Why do you have to like everything person xyz likes.. Use the same words.. Do the same things.. Eat the same food.. Come up with your OWN words. Hope that your indivudualness inspires some other person to want to be like you. No two people are the same, and nor can they BE the same. Dont waste your life pretending to be someone else instead of yourself.

SECOND: Fitting in.
       Sure, friends have similarities, you CAN like things other people like. OF COURSE! But, it is another thing to actually go ahead and try to like the things that other people like just for the sake of being like that other person. EXHIBIT A: xyz is talking to abc about book 54321. hijk comes in and realize that they love book 54321, and decides to read it just because xyz said it was amazing, and hijk loves xyz. Im sorry hijk, but only two things can happen here: xyz will appreciate the fact that u love them, or get annoyed of you. (:
For the fitting in part of this portion, I felt like this kind of tied in with the subject. Copying.. Trying to fit in..

Do you know anyone in your school that is the “Popular One”? Do you know anyone or yourself trying to be like that popular child? Well, just think about that person for a minute. You have other things to do rather than trying to do everything to make that person like you. (BTW, little life lesson, don’t try to please everyone)

Now, I know I kinda butchered this whole thing, but I hope you guys get the main points. I could go on for a while about this, but I wont. (:

• Be YOURSELF
• Don’t try to please EVERYONE
